Definitions:

Holder. The individual (Carla Resendis Caraza) who identifies the personal data or to whom it belongs.

Procedure to enforce ARCO Rights. You have the right to access your personal information that we have, as well as the details of the processing thereof, and to rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; cancel it when you consider that such information is not required for any of the purposes specified in this privacy notice, if it is being used for non-consensual purposes, when the contract or service has terminated, or when you oppose to the processing of it for the specific purposes.

The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of said rights, which are known as Arco rights, refer to the rectification, cancellation and opposition of the Holder, regarding the processing of personal data, are the following ones:

1) The procedure begins with the filing of the respective request to exercise Arco rights at the address of our privacy office, which was duly specified at the beginning of this privacy notice.

2) Your request must include the following information:

Name of the owner of the personal data, address or any other means of contact information, original documents in effect that prove legal personality and identity, clear and accurate description of such personal data and any other document that facilitates its location.

3) The deadline to respond to your request is the following: 20 days.

Transferring your Personal Data. Your personal data cannot be transferred inside or outside the country, nor processed by external individuals.

We pledge not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except when complying with the provisions established in article 37 of the FLPPDHI, as well as to make such transfer under the terms set forth by the FLPPDHI.

Amendments to the Privacy Notice. We reserve the right to make any amendments or updates to this privacy notice at any time in order to comply with any new laws, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products.

Therefore, we encourage you to update this notice when consulting it so that you, the HOLDER, are in a position to exercise your ARCO rights and, hence, keep you updated regarding any amendments by notifying you via email at the latest email address you provided.

The parties express that this notice will be governed by the applicable legal provisions in Mexico City, Mexico, especially by those provided in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals.

If you believe your right to protection of personal data has been ill-treated by any acts of our employees, or by our actions or responses, or if you suspect that in the processing of your personal data there is a violation of the provisions set forth in the FLPPDHI, you may file the corresponding complaint before the INAI.
